Amber Cristiano , Bachelor’s of Science, concentration in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition, ACSM Certified
Amber started personal training at Bally Total Fitness. Amber’s sports background began with playing basketball and working with the Duquesne Dukes Women’s basketball team. She has had experience training the young, the elderly, those with moderate to severe health issues, and all others in between.  Amber enjoys helping others achieve a better quality of life: living with less pain, being healthier from the inside-out, and feeling happy about the positive changes they can see as their bodies transform. Her studies in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition teamed with her experience give Amber an edge in personal training.  Amber's certifications include ACSM Personal Trainer certification, stretching and Pilates certifications. "I have much enthusiasm in helping others and enjoy having a fun and motivating job.”

Lorraine Hiltz , I.S.S.A. Certified
Lorraine has always had an interest in physical fitness and nutrition, therefore a career in personal training seemed the right path and she became certified through ISSA in 1996. She worked at a women’s gym part-time while she began to grow her client base. Lorraine trains mostly in the Beaver County area, although she worked for a short time at the YMCA in Robinson Township. Lorraine also earned her certification in kick-boxing and sports nutrition. To stay current on wellness, Lorraine has taken classes for yoga, massage therapy and several nutrition classes. She currently maintains a studio gym for personal training and also travels to clients home, a few of which are senior citizens.

Anya Lasko , BA
Anya, orignialy from Belarus, is a former professional dancer and choreographer. She has an extensive background in teaching ballet, jazz, folk and modern dance. Anya has a BA degree in dance, certifications in Yoga, Zumba Basic and Zumba Gold. She shifted her focus from dance into fitness and has been teaching group and individual fitness classes since 2000.

Michael Cameron, I.S.S.A. Certified
Michael received his certification in March 2009 with ISSA. He is a former All State track and field athlete and has always been physically active in many sports throughout high school and college. Michael currently does in-home training during weekday evenings. Michael prides himself on his meticulous attention to detail which helps his clients reach thier fitness goals
